2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or enroling in any Ironbloom programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Singapore law. If you are enroling on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the participant also agrees to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with enrolment or continued use of this website.

3. Service Description

Ironbloom offers structured financial education programmes for individuals based in Singapore. Our programmes are delivered in group and individual formats. The scope of each programme, including duration, session format, and included materials, is described in the relevant programme outline available on our website and in the enrolment confirmation.

Programmes are delivered as described at the time of enrolment. Ironbloom reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to programme scheduling or content where circumstances warrant, with reasonable notice provided to participants.

All sessions are conducted in English. Programmes are not accredited qualifications and do not lead to a nationally recognised credential.

4. Enrolment and Registration

To enrol in a programme, you must submit an enquiry through the website and receive a written confirmation from Ironbloom. Enrolment is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Places in each programme are limited. Ironbloom reserves the right to accept or decline any enrolment at its discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal and contact information you provide is accurate and current. Changes to contact details should be communicated to us at [email protected] promptly.

5. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all included materials as described in the programme outline. The fees at the time of writing are:

  • Financial Thinking for Beginners: SGD 290
  • Informed Investing: SGD 930
  • Structured Financial Planning: SGD 2,620

Payment is due in full before the commencement of the programme, unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed in writing by Ironbloom. Ironbloom will not be responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs incurred by participants.

Fees are subject to change. Any changes will not affect confirmed enrolments for which payment has been received.

6. Refund Policy

Ironbloom understands that circumstances can change. Our refund terms are as follows:

  • Cancellation 14 or more days before commencement: Full refund, less a SGD 50 administrative handling fee.
  • Cancellation 7–13 days before commencement: 50% refund of the programme fee paid.
  • Cancellation fewer than 7 days before commencement: No refund will be issued. Where possible, Ironbloom will endeavour to transfer the participant to a future intake of the same programme.
  • Non-attendance without prior notice: No refund will be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of written confirmation.

If Ironbloom cancels a programme for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of fees paid, or may choose to transfer to an alternative intake. Ironbloom's liability in such circumstances is limited to the refund of fees and does not extend to other costs incurred by the participant.

7. User Responsibilities

As a participant or website user, you agree to:

  • Engage with programme materials and sessions in good faith and with a genuine interest in learning.
  • Treat fellow participants, facilitators, and Ironbloom staff with courtesy and respect.
  • Not record, share, reproduce, or distribute session content, materials, or discussions without express written permission from Ironbloom.
  • Not use this website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or distribution of harmful content.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to Ironbloom's website or systems.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any personal or financial information shared by other participants during group sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content made available through Ironbloom's programmes and website — including workbooks, templates, frameworks, session materials, and written resources — is the intellectual property of Ironbloom unless otherwise stated.

Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to use the materials provided as part of their enrolled programme for personal learning purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, resale, or use in commercial or teaching contexts.

The Ironbloom name, logo, and programme names are proprietary identifiers and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Educational Disclaimer

Ironbloom's programmes are designed to develop financial literacy and general understanding. They are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any regulated advisory service.

The information and frameworks shared in our programmes reflect general educational content. Individual financial circumstances vary and participants should seek independent professional advice tailored to their personal situation before making any financial decisions.

Ironbloom makes no representations regarding financial outcomes, performance, or changes to participants' financial positions as a result of attending our programmes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, Ironbloom's total liability to any participant or user arising from or in connection with these Terms, a programme, or the use of this website, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the relevant programme.

Ironbloom shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or any financial decisions made based on programme content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ironbloom, its staff, facilitators, and associated parties harmless from any claim, loss, damage, cost, or liability (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of or connected to your breach of these Terms, your use of the website, or your conduct during a programme.

12. Termination

Ironbloom reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme, or to restrict access to website services, where:

  • These Terms have been materially breached.
  • The participant's conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others.
  • Payment obligations have not been met.

Where a participant is removed for conduct reasons, no refund will be issued. Ironbloom will provide written notice of termination where reasonably practicable.

Participants may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund policy set out in Section 6.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre before pursuing any legal proceedings. Both parties agree to consider mediation as a first step.

The courts of Singapore shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any enrolment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ironbloom and supersede any prior discussions or representations.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver: Ironbloom's failure to enforce any right or provision at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other party. Ironbloom may assign its rights and obligations with reasonable notice.

Notices: Notices from Ironbloom will be delivered by email to the address provided at enrolment. Notices to Ironbloom should be sent to [email protected].

15. Changes to These Terms

Ironbloom may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the website or by email to enrolled participants. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the website or participation in a programme following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
